hmmm today did my 2.4....... i got 11.10( phew din lose to sheryl =P lose to girl then v diu nian haha budden u seriously v fast leh...)...hmmm it think is my best eva budden could hav gotten a bit better mayb even under 11 mins...... budden im nvr gonna run it again....... felt like pukeing on the first turn of my 6th round( hav to run 7 rounds coz the bloody cj track is shorter than the ave 400m...) so u should nvr eat ba cho mee b4 u run 2.4........ haha then we went to play bball..... was quite funny...... should hav seen brandon and sean foolin around haha damn funny

hmmm i think i can do my 3 pull-ups le..... budden is jus made it 1..... haha must hav been the push-up version of dai di....... did like 100+ in 2 days..... haha whole day tio double and triple.... hmm but i made them do alot also haha......

errrr today there was like a big confrontation of val and cbn......coz val was made to change sit (is sittin beside me that bad ?!?!?!? haha joking la ) then she thinks cbn is pickin on her( yea i agree to a certain extent..... coz of 1st 3 months la....) so that had a big hoohaa in the lab...... then cbn say he dun care her liao ( not like she gives a damn.....)
