ZZZZZZZZ on sunday i dislocated my left shoulder again( recurring injury) haizzz..... but it isnt all bad.....haha managed to squeeze myself out of push-ups, pull-ups and even my rounds haha !!!!!! ZZZZZ tmr got trainin again..... dunno whether my shoulder can take it.... arghhhhh

oh yea...today went to watch V for Vendetta wif yl and yeekai.... wad damn nice haha..... too bad nelsy couldnt catch it wif us.......

haizzz been thinkin bout stuff lately...... but still cant find a situation where every1 wins haha.... not like it would happen even if i found 1.... oh well......... haha better post this soon kylies waitin for me to finish haha
