hmmm a warm shower can really pick u up =) esp. after trainin...... jus used my new passionfruit shower gel..... whoa i smell damn sweet now....... had the urge to drink up the bottle jus now haha.....

i think ppl always concentrate on the uglier side of their lifes...... they always tell ppl how suck their lifes are..... but they often overlook the goodparts of their lifes...... they take it for granted..... the fact that u do not hav to worry about ur basic necessities is one of god's blessins..... there are many ppl out there that do not have food to eat or clean water to drink..... so if u compare urself to them arnt u much more blessed ???

sooooo if u think im refering to u...... im probably am.... and this post isnt to one person only.....
